You won’t get the Aileron Axis to the base. It will never work like a real yoke.
I think it’s absolutely possible, it’s just a matter of engineering.
They could easily make an adapter for it.
As @Sunday748 pointed out, how do you get the aileron input to the base? The Warthog stick doesn’t have any axes on the stick itself, other than pitch/roll, so you couldn’t even co-opt one of those. So you would have a yoke that is fixed in place that can’t rotate, and you would need to physically move it left, and right to roll without it rotating.
it is possible, 3d printing and an Arduino with few axis/button and done.
Not saying it’s easy but its not rocket science.
I do 3d printing for work, could be interested in project.

I’m a great fan of DIY peripherals and much can be done with 3d printer and Arduino/similar but I think a scratch built yoke would probably be the way to go…
