Let’s say when I turn left on my joystick to the left, in the game it’s stuck there to the left.
So when I take off and turn, I do a barrel roll and crash.
How do I resolve this issue?

Do you have your controller bound to an axis, or is it activating the keyboard command?
had this while ago and i just unbinded flight control surfaces from keyboard/numpad and has been gone ever since
no its ok now, all i had to do was do it as an axis not individal roll and pitch
