Yoke verticality problm on few planes

Hello!

I have some problms with few aircraft yokes since i use Flight Simulator.

The Cessna Longitude and Citation, the CRJ, the Boeing 747, the CS 777, the King Air have the same “dead zone” or “verticality” problm when i pilot them.

These planes dont stop to pull up or push up constantly (alone). In every steps of the flight.
For example, the A320 neo, the A32NX and the 787 dreamliner do not have this problm. When i pilot one of these three planes, i can to control them without fight for push or pull (with my honeycomb yoke or thrustmaster TCA joystick) to have a neutrality position.

I discover with the yoke IN GAME, than it have with the planes than i present in the begining, a problm of “dead zone”.
When i push or pull with my honeycomb yoke or TCA joystick, the yoke in game do not recognize the neutral position of my yoke or joystick (it’s made than my plane can’t to have a perfect horizon line). It’s become impossible to stay stable. But for turn to the left or to the right the yoke, it have no problm. Only the verticality of the yoke direction have problm, with my honeycomb yoke, joystick or only with keyboard.

It is normal with these planes? Or it is a internal problm? Can i resolve it?

PS: Yes, it’s a cat behind my pc ahah!

Hello @Horlogos , welcome to the MSFS forum.

Can you check in the in-game sensitivity settings, if the ball is centered (y=0) when the yoke is in the neutral position.

Another explanation of this phenomenon could be the trim. Certain aircraft have to be trimmed. The A320/A20N does not require manual trimming when operated normally. So if you command a pitch of +3 degreess, the aircraft will automatically trim itself to maintain these 3 degrees. In other aircraft you would have to manually adjust it, so that it maintaines your desired pitch while not giving yoke inputs.

@Horlogos
This is the normal behavior.
As @ITDreamFly mentioned, you need to trim all aircraft in MSFS, except for the A320.

Since SU3 the 787 behaves like the A320, so you don’t need to trim, but this bug will be fixed with SU6 next week.

Thanks you for your answers, it’s seem more clear for me! :smile:
