It’s sad to see that you guys don’t really understand that you’re polluting this thread with your endless hyperbolic complaints entirely off-topic. The fact that certain people around here literally hunt positive threads to taint them with their negativity is honestly embarrassing.
It seems like you haven’t ever played a default aircraft in other simulators at launch, because the avionics and features are objectively much more advanced here. Maybe you can deceive people who are new, but you shouldn’t assume there aren’t people here who actually know what other simulators are like without addons.
It models IFR flight. This is a fact. The fact that there are a few bugs here and there that are entirely normal in a product with this complexity at launch doesn’t in any shape or form means that IFR flight isn’t modeled.
I’ve flown from Italy to Alaska entirely IFR over 18 different legs, over regions that usually have extremely spotty to non-existing IFR support in other sims out of the box due to how remote/underdocumented they are, and that’s just a fraction of the IFR flights I’ve done since launch.
Exactly, we obviously have some new simmers which can be somewhat understandable but the veteran simmers like us, no excuses its always been this way. 3rd party devs have always been the heart of any sim. The haters will be back some will remain silent while others will still find something to complain about unfortunately
Sometimes frustrated complaints do spur a swifter remedial action than merely polite compliance, and acceptance of a faulty product. I am waiting for the next update, which, hopefully, will be substantial, not expecting perfection, just a big step in the right direction.
Yes, I agree with you. Letme say that Asobo needs to be working on the world/core of the sim/ features etc, while the 3rd parties take care of planes and optional scenery etc. It has indeed been always like that. Heck, Xplane is only alive BECAUSE of that, so is FSX. Can you imagine, FSX is still alive and doing well. It’s almost impossible to accept but it’s reality. A huge 3rd party community can do wonders.

1070ti is a good card. I have a 2080 super - which is marginal v a 1080ti. I would have bought a 1080ti if I could have got one becuase they have 11Gb VRAM, but obviously they dpn’t make them anymore.
