It worked a few days for me, but now it is back ![]()
Same here! Can’t even download stuff from Content manager! Connection drops from 100 Mbps to 0,02 Mps!!! This is unacceptable! What is going on, Asobo? Talk to us or FIX IT!
I really hope this problem gets as much attention in the next “DEV Q&A” as the marketplace causa has gotten in the last one.
Asobo / Microsoft: Your customers deserve some answers!
Today this “bandwidth to low” was really annoying. Got it continuously throughout the day. Online services were turned off by the game and turning them back on took ages just to be turned off again right away. This was definitely not on my side, because every other online service worked just fine.
I wish this behaviour could be changed somehow.
The Xbox services are not the issue. Multiplayer worked fine, as does the weather.
The issue are downloads of content and bing data.
Not sure why people think after a topic or bug has been logged that continuing to add more of the same feedback is going to change things. They know it’s an issue, has been logged, and now there’s nothing to do but wait until a fix comes out. The negative feedback is logged. Now, logging positive feedback would be more useful as it could help them identify what seems to be working, as they already have plenty of what doesn’t work. Or continuing to waste bandwidth and posts is another option, too.
Since not all users are affected, getting more reports in certainly can be helpful. If you are not interested in reading it, just don’t watch this topic.
Because in certain cases putting pressure on someone makes them not only log it but actually work on it. Several larger issues in this sim have only been resolved because the community became uneasy.
I may have found a workaround, at least for me, it seems.
For whatever reason, my rolling cache settings were set back to off and a size of 0 GB. I turned it back on, set the size to 8, and it has been working for me since. It does need some more testing though but so far so good.
Because this is a problem for 8 weeks already and nothing has been done about/with it.
Everything has been said, but not yet by everyone ![]()
What’s interesting about that is that if you look at some of the major threads such as the Q and A announcements or other things like that, they don’t have more than 2/3K views. Which is a little odd because you would think with a userbase of over a million people there’d be more views and these threads would explode. But I gather there’s around maybe an average of 200-300/400 consistent users on these forums and those users are spread out in their various corners.
Low bandwidth error, issues with marketplace going unavailable (gray icon), MSFS not syncing during start. I do confirm having all these issues. Submitted a ticket.
I hope devs already woring on this. Overall it’s very dissapointing.
I’ve tried something yesterday.
I logged out and back in on the MSFS start page and got no more bandwith error message until yet.
I will check that further today. Can anyone test this as well and confirm?
Can’t believe that this is a workaround.
Probably you were lucky that the error did not show up
today,i did no changes so far,it work for me,will see when weekend start…
problem is to much trafic for servers at time were many fly,my 2 cents…
And that is the one thing that never should happen in a multiplayer online game.
This ongoing error has become a serious nuisance.
Microsoft/Asobo, fix this now!
yes, this should work at any time ![]()
I thought it was a miracle on the first leg but second was straight back to the famous Bandwith warning. Famous for us, MS don’t bother.
