Zendesk bug reporting not working?

Hello gang! Been chasing my tail trying to submit an issue and I can get to the ticket submission page to save my life. I keep running round in circles and always end up at the Zendesk FAQ section. Any guidance is appreciated.


Should be:

  1. Go to https://flightsimulator.zendesk.com/
  2. “Submit a request” in the upper right on the black menu bar
  3. Select the appropriate option from the “How can we help?” dropdown, e.g. “I want to report a small bug or a glitch”
  4. Fill out the form as appropriate and submit
