I am not at all happy with how the ZenDesk support service works
Where can I send my complaints and discontent regarding the incorrect work with reports and requests ??

Zendesk is more a bug reporting for users rather than support. Zendesk is not designed as a bug and issue tracker as these are tracked in a separate software internally.
