What’s going on with Zendesk ? People still on holiday there ?
I can‘t speak about France but here in southern Germany my employer’s parking garage has only filled up since yesterday. Probably similar across the border. They‘ll have to dig through thousands of tickets since SU5.

Zendesk is just a tool. The developers of the tool and owners of the IP may be based in California. The users…not so much.
Because of COVID and new Xbox friends, the waiting time for an answer to your ticket might increase.
