BelugaXL fuelflow looks fixed with last update. burned 4 tons in 30 minutes in cruise.
Well done. ![]()
Can also replicate the A321 infinite fuel with centre tanks on. If turned off then seems to reduce properly.
Latest update .31 sim and aircraft.
Could I ask those of you who feel there may be a new bug reporting centre tanks fuel to please create a new Bug Report in the Sim Update 4 Beta | MSFS 2024 > Aircraft & Systems category, as judging from comments above, it looks as though the excessive fuel burn issue has now been resolved.
Thanks
The MSFS Team
On a similar theme to this thread, I did notice last night that the A20N appears to be continuing to burn fuel while in live pause. Iām on the .31 beta with the aircraft streamed
The fuel issue is fixed with the A320, but with the A321 the fuel quantity seems to be all over the place with the centre fuel pumps on. Also, the incorrect amount of fuel is loaded when using Simbrief on the EFB.
I can also confirm that A320 fuel consumption has been fixed. Havenāt had time to test A321 or A330
I can confirm that at least the A321 continues to have excessive fuel consumption in the SU4 beta; I havenāt been able to test the A330 yet.
And I can confirm this to still be the case, 330 uses more fuel from the left tank than from the right.
Hi
Any one can give me a feedback did they resolved the issue with ininuilds aircraft not supporting sim rate (fuel burn stays at 1x)?
Thanks
I have only tried the A330-300 and the A321neo thus far, but the fuel flow was back to how it was before (just a little off from the simbrief profiles).
Do you have the APU running? This takes from the left
Attempting the A321 currently, 18.2 tons of fuel is absolutely not loading correctly. Seems to still be an issue with the center tank.
Well, in the post I replied to, you can see on my screenshot that thereās no āAPU running" on the ECAM, so no APU. If the APU was running, that would definitely explain it, which I also stated in that post. The aircraft is burning fuel from the left tank as if the APU is running, which it isnāt.
Ah I didnāt see that post. Does look as though it is burning as though the APU is running when itās not
Hi.
Yesterday I posted the issue with the fuel loading in the A321 not matching the FOB.
I am yet to double check this but also in the same flight I went for a cruising altitude (calculated in simbrief with the proper profile) a bit above the max level and (drum roll) the fuel tanks started to fill!
I landed with more fuel than I took off!
I can also confirm the fuel systems in all of these planes need a serious revision.
EFOBs are almost always incorrect.
Fuel rate doesnāt follow the sim rate.
And a miriad of other bugs not related to fuel that are still present since day one.
Hi folks,
As there seems to be a number of potential issues being discussed all within this one thread, can I please politely request that those of you who wish to report a new issue with these aircraft do so with a new Bug Report in the Bug Reporting Hub > Aircraft & Systems category. This will allow for much easier tracking as we log individual potential issues to be investigated by our testing team.
The original report within this specific SU4 Beta thread was for fuel usage in the iniBuilds Airbus aircraft being near to double the correct amount in flight than normal. This bug was resolved during the SU4 Beta.
Thanks so much,
The MSFS Team
just did a flight today and consumption is waaay off. simbrief says 6t needed, loaded 16t and i did not have enough and had to divert.
