No, its by design. When SU2b concludes, or you opt out early, all progress made during the beta will be reverted to your pre-beta state.

Ran into this fun bug yesterday. A charter flight in a Cessna 172, the flight plan called for FL230 (23,000 ft) lol. The service ceiling of the 172 is 14,000ft. Even if it could get to 23,000ft everyone would likely die of hypoxia. Career mode files a flight plan with FL230 in a Cessna 172

I just saw that the beta killed over a hundred cam shots. I hope they come back too

What is the folder they were stored in?
There is a “Add fuel” function. Assign a key to it in the settings and refuel in missions while in flight. … kind of a cheat mode..

The entire folder is gone… only new screenshots remain …
But the newer screenshots are there so are those shots in a different folder? What is that folders location?
In my case, I actually installed the sim on drive H… But the setup also installed it on drive C, so everything is mirrored on both drives. There’s a folder called Screenshots where everything was stored, like this:
H:\WpSystem\S-1-5-21-2995328298-1706183626-3390130412-1000\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.Limitless_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState\Screenshot
I assume the contents were deleted , like career data and saved in the cloud and then restored later
Is the 737 max worth it for career ? I’m close to being able to afford one but don’t really like the 737 max but sick of flying little aircraft, is there any news on a a320 or similar coming ? I know I could use it and sell it to upgrade once beluga is out etc but are most the bugs fixed like random taxi crashes etc ? Don’t want to end up spending millions into fixing daft damage from daft bugs but would also like to start earning more then 4m for 3 hours work

Ah, thanks. When I have taken screenshots I have done that external to the sim.
What I can tell you is that if you come out of a beta, and least my experience with SU1, is that the entire “Microsoft.Limitless_8wekyb3d8bbwe” gets deleted, then re-created upon re-install.
When I get home I am going to double check the paths here. For me the install of my user profile is on C, so that is:
%LOCALAPPDATA%\Packages\Microsoft.Limitless_8wekyb3d8bbwe
That is the folder that for me is deleted, then re-created.
But the “LocalState”, and others are symlinked to the “WpSsytem” folder on my D drive.
not yet, but the SU2 changelog has a long list of alleged fixes. I say “alleged” because as we know from SU1, some truly egregious game breaking bugs were alleged to have been “fixed” where in reality cough PC-12 oxygen system cough they had not. I guess we’ll wait and see.

I’ll hold off until su2 is released publicly then gives me time to add a few more m to the pot.
Frustrating as it feels like we’re being held back massively and even with Fenix aircraft I simple like career mode as gives me objectives and actually something to show at the end.
Hope they overhaul career soon as the atc etc all needs sorting

Someone posted here about the lack of definition for grass strip landings. Both side to side and threshold/touchdown zone. I’ve definitely been dinged on these for sure!

Same here, never know whats gonna happen on grass.
Noticed in SU2 heavy airliner certification is still locked so we are no closer to using anything larger than the 737 in career mode since Nov release, which is really disappointing.
