Guessing a dev stream will be for early March-will there be a form to submit questions for Jorg/Seb/Martial beforehand?
When we do get it planned, yes we will put a form out a few weeks in advance so we can gather your questions!

Still waiting for a dev update… feel like the dev update will be the very few of any of these because it doesnt speak “hype”
It’s a really unsettling feeling, this total silence from Jörg, Dev’s & Co… not a word, no stream, nothing for months… what’s going on… Should we be worried?
To be fair the release notes are very detailed, which does show us what has changed for this beta.
I suggest reading the release notes thoroughly, over a coffee, just to get a feel of where changes have been made.

Yeah, the last dev stream was 2025-10-08, so more than four months of silence, that doesn’t feel good.
One the bright side: SU5 beta so far is mostly positive on my system and the 2024 native version of the HJet has been released yesterday.
Just guessing here. Might it be that they are holding back a bit because of FSWeekend in March?
Microsoft cut ressource for Microsoft Flight Simulator, is a Question of time before Microsoft kill again Microsoft Flight Simulator like 2009 
As long as there are subscribers paying monthly, it is unlikely that any game will be killed as long as people are playing it worldwide, paying those fees. The revenue modeling is not what it was in 2009.
Microsoft Flight Simulator is not subs game.
Xbox is a subscription service. Can one Stream 2024 without an Xbox subscription?

Do you have a source on this? Or is this a conspiracy theory of your own making? Just curious.
Will there be new world update in near future?
I’m sure the source is something credible, like Reddit or some TickleTockle “influencer” 
We have no idea about MSFS revenue mix besides the obvious things like licenses for the sim itself, Marketplace revenue, and Marketplace revenue share. There might be corporate licenses / contracts we don’t know anything about. There might as well be internal revenue share for Xbox subscriptions including that thing where you can play MSFS on your phone, don’t remember the name, Xbox cloud gaming or something like that? Maybe it’s a testbed for a lot of that cloud and AI stuff, too.
Despite the horrendous costs developing and running that thing I’m sure there is a buck to be made.

There’s no news I have right now regarding the next World Update, but keep your eyes out on our social platforms as well as here on the forums, where we will make sure to announce any future new updates to both MSFS 2020 and MSFS 2024!
