MS choosing a Weekly Briefing pic of a certain competitor’s photogrammetry is wild…
How can you tell whose photogrammetry it is?
I’d love to know that as well, it certainly wasn’t intentional! 
This looks a lot more like the photo than the in-sim photogrammetry does. The marina in pic 12 looks almost 1:1 with the photo above. Also, if you look to the left of the marina, you can see many large bright-green tree blobs, while Bing’s tree blobs are smaller and also a darker shade of green.
While yes I agree that the winning image does appear to be that mod, there’s no way anybody would know, unless you had previous knowledge that that mod exists. They are nearly indiscernible from one another unless you know exactly what to look for. I can’t fault the person who selected that image.
Edit: The more I look at it, the more I think the user may not even have that mod. The boat type and positions in the marina look identical to the base sim. The only true difference are the size/color of the trees, which could be a number of different mods, including Bijan’s seasons mod.
I agree with you @SN0WY33. Those ships and boats in the Marina are exactly in the same place. The water shadowing around the marine traffic is the same.
My picture was not at the same time of day, their shadows are longer so I suspect earlier in the am and my exposure is a little too high but otherwise I feel they are the same.

You may be right. I am so used to telling the difference by those massive bright green blocky trees. But it does appear more likely to be the default PG. But what is going on with the water? Why is it dried up?
