Amended title to include version number & reflect the update has been released.
I have landed the Longitude several times at night, despite the faulty landing lights. Is it ideal? No. Can you operate the plane just fine? Yes.
If it stops at 97% for more than about 30 seconds itâs not going to ever get past it. 24 hours or 5 minutes.
Kill the sim, reboot, remove any add-ons from your Community folder, try again.
Sure if you dont care about anything even semi-realistic, its just fine.
But in that case you might as well just use slew mode.
Have you tried this possible fix?
Iâm m on xbox. I did all the steps except community folder as itâs not applicable.
Based on the live stream I think patch 3 will be far more substantial, if what they said and showed ends up being true. Itâs still not a ton of stuff, but itâs multiple highly voted things off the bug forums in there. So itâs definitely more substantial. Iâm sure there will be debate as to whether itâs enough or not but it also looks like they have most of the highly voted stuff under investigation at the very least, or are looking into alternative options if they canât do what the community wants.

Please revisit this AFTER the patch. Something tells me that you will be proven wrongâŠalthough I hope not.

are we getting all our add ons back next week & ability to enable or disable?
yes I know the MP is delayed again, uggâŠ, but thats new purchase. im talking about 2020 add ons
pre 2024 launch- new sim coming Nov, new marketplace hype etc.
reality- now 2 months+ later, January-March, mp comes around. so basically that + time to release patches, itâll be a full quarter from launch date until things are in full
I donât recall if that is patch 3 or not but they did say they are working on it.
Uggg. more ambiguity. Iâm mad I spent money on 2024 when itâs so incomplete. Iâm debating to say forget it for a while and just go back to 2020 for a bit

If youâre not enjoying something, that you supposedly do for enjoyment, then itâd probably be sensible to give it a break.
Itâll get there ⊠eventually.

Before this update, I was fine. Now my controls donât work anymore, I canât save control settings and when I can configure it, the sim doesnât respond to my input.
I donât know if itâs related to this patch, but now my sim wonât even start - I just get endless repeats of the trailer, with a clickbox saying âQuit to Desktopâ.
It was working OK previously, and once or twice with the update.
hopefully next week. so from launch until Patch 3, thats 3 weekends without /until a functional sim to enjoy. not great. thats all assuming patch 3 next week will be substantial as they claim, but same time they claimed a lot of things pre launch. so im 50/50, just gotta see.
BTW I went back and looked, and I did see your issue listed as patch 3. Now whether that ends up being true or not, I canât say, but it is listed on their tracker as patch 3.
Thanks. yeah weâll see, Iâm hoping patch 3 is a big help to a lot of people. perhaps even what shouldâve been the starting point 3 weeks ago

I donât think itâs online anywhere but people have taken screenshots from the live stream. You can see the specific issue you care about here as number 10.
For anyone looking at this, keep in mind this is only the bug list, there is also a wishlist list that has things coming in patch 3.
