3.68GiB update

When selecting “Update” after download is complete, nothing happens. It just hangs on “Please wait”.
What now?

Me too…
Any solution?

Funny I’m exactly at that point too. It took me 32hrs to download and install the initial 95GB game and then woke up to another 3.68GB update and now it’s not even showing that it is installing… the bar isn’t even moving just says Please Wait…

I bought the game from the MS Store the Premium Deluxe edition.

me too :frowning:

I’m in the same situation on the same 3,68 Gb.

Some people says that’s it a problem in the Microsoft server.

I managed to unblock the situation by deleting only the last files downloaded in the folder
… \ appdata \ local \ packages \ Microsoft.FlightSimulator_8wekyb3d8bbwe \ localcache \ pakages \ Official \ OneStore

NOT THE ENTIRE FOLDER, ONLY THE LATEST FILES

Did a dozen times of delete files, uninstall, install and reboots, and finally this works for me (xbox game pass for PC):

Log out of xbox live; create a new xbox live account, restart computer; log in with the new account; launch FS2020.

In FS2020, if it asks you to log in to xbox live, log in with the new account. If it doesn’t, make sure you are logged in with the new account. FS2020 will then go into getting licences from Asobo and start downloading without a glitch to completion.

Hope this works for you.

I figured out what caused my hiccup at the 3.68GB marker. Since I left it to install while I slept, I did not realize that my Bitdefender internet security software was quarantining a file that it thought was ransomware. Now that I saw that I can add the exception and now it’s installing just fine.

I still have the same issue with no fix…it’s as if I am just wasting my time

JazzRT is right for the moment and I hope they solve this issue and yes it is on this location … \ appdata \ local \ packages \ Microsoft.FlightSimulator_8wekyb3d8bbwe \ localcache \ pakages \ Official \ OneStore, but from my experience I only erase the not decompressed files (I had the idea of erasing the recent files to in first place, but didn’t work for me), after that, I needed to redownload the patches again and finally solved that issue.

I disabled the ransomware of my Bitdefender, but still have the same issue, stuck at 3.68GiB.
