Bijan’s never claimed his addon is perfect. Quite the opposite: he’s continually tweaking and improving it.

I didn’t manage to test many areas, but what I did see around Vancouver seemed about right with v5. If anything the tree density was a bit high, moving to “medium” quality trees setting seemed to give a more accurate density? I’d much rather have to dial them back than to not be able to get dense enough. It’s great to see the always improving updates!
They shouldn’t be there. Let me check on this…
Just know, the in sim Marketplace is always a week, if not two or three weeks behind all the other resellers in releasing new products and product updates. If getting updates the day of or only a day later is desirable, buy on SimMarket.

You can stop posting about this bug. I am aware about this. I know it’s widely spread.

It was a bug that caused it. It’s fixed now. It’s being uploaded to simmarket now and notification should arrive with 15 to 30 minutes or so.
Bijan, don’t knock yourself out trying to keep up with everything that gets posted here. You mentioned weekly updates - that should be good enough for the vast majority - and it’s significantly more than any other contributor including MS/Asobo.
To everyone else, patience guys and gals - let the man get some rest, he’s doing a great job.
My worry, too. Bijan, you’ll burn yourself out trying to play whack-a-mole with every request. A weekly patch is probably a good compromise (and even that’s better than most, as Terry says) and certainly better for your mental and physical health. I think you know we all appreciate your efforts.

While I appreciate the immediate bug fixes. I too would be happy to wait for a weekly update unless it’s a bad and global issue. It’s a bit of a mind boggling task to be greenskeeper to a whole planet, so, yeah, don’t stress out for fixes on our account. I sure can be eager to get updates, but as long as there’s decent communication about what’s going on and ideally a basic ETA, I am happy to wait.
This is a very good point to keep in mind since I do updates regularly.
With simmarket, updates are available within minutes but with marketplace, 2 to 3 weeks. By the time it gets uploaded, it will be obsolete.
It’s a bit confusing, the site says “version 5”, the description is version 4, and the download available to me is version 4.2
Does one have to upgrade to v5?
