Hi there , the new AMD flagships offer interesting data, performance and prices and I initially wanted to buy a 7900xtx.
I then did a lot of research and looked at many comparisons on the Internet and YouTube videos.
I found the 24 GB RAM card from AMD to be the best solution for 4k, but I ended up buying a 4070 TI as a transitional solution until the 4080 TI with 20 GB from Nvidia is available. AMD is on the right track but is not yet on par with Nvidia. The resale value with AMD is also significantly lower than with Nvidia, also Nvidia provide better driver support.
For the CPU, however, I have again decided on red, for the AMD 7900 x3D is the best CPU for the MSFS and benefits from the gigantic L3 cache of 128MB. The 13900k from Intel can’t offer me that, so I’ll stick with AMD for the CPU and ASUS ROG MB board… see old topic in forum still interesting:
