I bought the NA & EU Liveries pack, but unfortunately there are missing some designs like Ryanair and Wizz, which should be included, what can I do?

Brusel are they listed as included in the description?
If they are and you didn’t get them. I would screenshot it and contact the Developer directly.
MSFS support, nor the senior folks here won’t really help unless the developer acknowledges it as a fault.
I do understand why, and as unhelpful as it feels, the developer is the best bet to help.

Yes, they are, it was the reason I bought the pack, yes I will do that.
