because it is a person who wilfully presses the buttons to make this abomination in order to enrich themselves. You, as a dev such as this one, have learned how to play the system. They certainly do not place a product here without the intention to gain financial advantage.

I find it hard that you do not understand i DO NOT agree with it but that doesn’t make it illegal, do you not understand that? i do not defend it but the fact it is still there currently proves it does not breach whatever guidelines the market place have. I suggest if you cannot understand this speak to Microsoft directly and say their are some criminals afoot as that is what you infer from their actions
Where did I say it was illegal? Please interpret my post correctly. Whatever MS’s policy is does not make me change my point of view that this aircraft in its current form is subject to misleading advertising. Never mind the bots bigging up it’s ratings.
Dishonesty by its very definition is a crime in this context “If dishonesty involves property, money, or deception for personal gain, it becomes a crime such as fraud” that’s what i’ve been trying to tell you it is about words and meaning . I think this topic has run its course
As expected, 21 days into this thread and with the info that it has been reported to the “marketplace team”, they obviously still don’t care about scammed customers.
I really want to buy content in the ingame marketplace to support the game long-term, but this kind of behaviour very much motivates me go to alternative marketplaces

Common I know you would love to develop Boeings original or it could be “originals…200” 737 and put this junk to rest…
It’s not an aircraft that interests us a lot, and unless there is a professional customer willing to pay a ton of money, we only do the aircraft we love. So it’s the 747’s at this moment.

Wow really??? I actually understand the 731 as only 30 were made and its pretty niche but the originals as a whole…
Especially with what appears to be a market and love for old aircraft with the likes of the BAe 146, 727 and the L1101..
I thought that the 737-200 would have been a nice wee earner, not as massive as the 737NG, 777 and 747 but a earner…
The 732 would have been a nice fitting bookend for PMDG regarding the 737s and you guys would have done it justice.

The description is deliberately misleading and dishonest to coax potential buyers to give them money. I find it amazing you look up the definition of scam and can’t see it here, but anyway lol

I think, just maybe , that since I am a MSFS2024 simmer, that I , actually, am part of the “Community”… thus, my feelings, opinions and thoughts are just as desired as a “power” simmer. In any case, the opinions and thoughts of all of us, when combined together, offer thoughts and ideas that help msfs systems flourish. And…we do love our sim !

The community as a whole is very diverse with people of differing opinions and beliefs what one person calls a bad plane someone else will think is ok so we cannot always assume how we feel is how everyone feels… and I’m glad you enjoy the sim because really that’s the main part
Actually, I do not require good and in depth addons… In reality, I have NO addons, a totally clean community folder running 2024 pretty well with a very average desktop… and… I don’t judge or flag, seems you have judged me. My comments and yours haven’t added much to the discussions so I will happily move on, not view this thread again and just enjoy this wonderful sim and my real 182.

Not all addons on the marketplace are bad and some are only available on the marketplace (I assume for DRM reasons). The FSReborn Phenom is an example of a really good aircraft that is only available on the marketplace.
Researching where, when many crazy influencers living with devs contracts to give not true informations with their videos, tests of devs products??? This is simply crazy era. And sry, with your words it is also like say guy you must accept this because it is like it is now, this is normal how world is working…

Update: eeeh forgot to say this also interesting situation, look at some used dev’s name. It is like some of them try add own benefit with use of same name like other dev has.
