I had a session in a 737-800 SIM a couple of days ago, have previously spent time in the A320 in the same facility (Ascent Aviation, Linwood, Glasgow).
It would appear (my guess) the hardware may come from FSC in Italy and run Prosim software.
Great experience and notable difference between the 320 and 737 in terms of control feel and physicality required. Of course the Bus is FBW and the Boeing isn’t.
I had a harder time keeping stabilised in the 737 than in the Bus though all landings were survivable..
Would recommend this type of experience to any Xbox/PX sim pilot if you haven’t tried already, it will definitely make you think… and wonder where you can find the space and money (lots of money) to build one at home!
