Just came across this in another thread. It looks like you have a 4080 so this would apply to you (make sure to check out the article in the link).

DLSS 3.0 Frame Generation at low FPS

Ive seen an article yesterday when i was searching the web, but im not sure if it was only meant in conjunction with Gsync. But iirc Vsync (kinda) works when forced in NCP, but not when activated in game. However, in my tests, it didnt lock the frames properly, the frametime was still a bit off, compared to FG off an vsync, the frametime is rock solid. as long as FPS are above the locked framerate of course. So, not 100% sure, cant find the article right now… EDIT: RTX 4080 Game Ready Driver …
