With the 7900 XTX 24 GB, the max VRAM usage I have seen is 22.4 GB.
That is with the Newark, NJ airport by Drzewiecki Design - KEWR
And only with this airport addon.
Otherwise, the 7900XT and its 20GB should be sufficient.
