Whatever happened to the A2A Aerostar 600? Did they just abandon it?
Their real Aerostar that they used for research had a gear up emergency landing due to a hydraulics failure and doing the required overhaul to make sure it’s still safe to fly was cost prohibitive, so they had to sell it off. I think they still plan to make that aircraft at some point, because they did have most of the data already, but obviously the incident threw a wrench in the project nontheless. That and the difficulties of adapting the A2A tech to MSFS.
Their first A2A aircraft for MSFS will be the Piper Comanche.
