Why is the plane descending under the the set speed limit? No speedbreak is in use.
Thanks Much. Appreciate it. NOW, I gotta buy it…
You’re in managed descent, VNAV is making sure the speed is correct.
You’re still in the margin, marked by those two magenta lines on the speed tape.
The plane is probably a little low on the profile, which made the VNAV reduce your speed.
Thanx
I don’t think FBW version does this? correct me if i’m wrong here. Can we decrease the margin? Sorry for my noob questions LOL.
Feels so smooth descending. Feels like the VNAV works perfect.
It does actually. VNAV is available in FBW’s experimental version, they have a basic implementation of it functional.
I don’t think you can decrease the margin. I’m honestly not using VNAV that much, I’ll just open descend it when I’m near TOD and then check the arrows on ND to see if I’m high or low on profile and adjust V/S accordingly.
Thanx. I didn’t use it that much before either. But learning how it works make me learn how to descend propperly ![]()
Yeah, there’s gonna be much learning for me with the 737 and now the A320. “Study-level” airliners (if you like calling it) are truly something else. Right now I’m working on my landing skills and systems knowledge.
Can’t wait to enable the failures lol. That’ll be hard.
I did that yesterday and that was intense and scary when not knowing what to do. I got much help here to manage failures in the future with fcom procedures.
And you’re in single pilot operations. That makes it way harder.
Can you share the link to the FCOM? That’d make a great studying material. If you could perhaps send it via message or something.
It’s linked here above.

Thanks!
But you can search for a failure in a pdf ![]()
Don’t know if I’m doing something wrong but the Fenix A320 does not work with my fsuipc control settings. There is simply no ailerons or elevator and I had to go back to msfs control setting which is a shame because my fsuipc is fine tuned with different aircraft settings. I anyone could help with HOW to get this plan to work with fsuipc then I will really be grateful.
Or you take this one, only 2 pages:
Well, after my first attempt, last night, was somewhat spoiled by an apparently MSFS-induced CTD, I have just completed my first flight in this beauty, the 144th leg of a 152 leg world tour that I started a fair while ago in the FF A320 Ultimate on XP11.
It was a night-flight from Jakata (WIII) to Bali (WADD) and it went pretty well, including a successful use of ‘Pause at TOD’, while i had to eat dinner.
The landing was a little lumpy and it looks like I might need to bone up on RNAV landings, as I could have sworn that the LS buttons didn’t need to be activated for those.
Suffice it to say that I’ll be completing my world tour pretty quickly now and I might even be tempted to start again.
It’s a very nice aircraft thanks Fenix and I haven’t even tried the update yet. ![]()
I got the same question like in the PMDG Thread.
How do i force the Flight End screen to come up in the Fenix? Alt+B like in the PMDG doesnt work.
I didn’t get the flight end screen, but the flight was still apparently recorded in my MSFS logbook.
Yeah, try use that when you get a failure ![]()

They have released an update. You can download the file from your fenix main app. You can install over the top Amir has confirmed on their discord.
Also for simulation rate, I would assume that because the plane is using a high grade system built by pro SIM in the background, this is commercial grade and I guess it would not allow SIM rate. Maybe… I might be wrong..But I doubt Air speeds at 2X speed + would make the systems and sensors happy.
