A320 FBW Nav & ILS switch fault

Hi,

Since the two last versions of the FBW A320 (stable), I can’t enter Nav or ILS frequencies. The switch stay on COM VHF. By cliking, the plastic protector opens but noting else happens when I click on NAV or ILS.
Any idea ?

No such issue on the default A320.

What plastic protector? The ILS freq is entered via the MCDUs RADNAV page in IRL and in the sim.
Looks like you are trying to set the freq via the back up RMP.

NAV via RPM does not work, everything passes through MCDU,
the only flaw is that the LOC key of the AP works only with ILS corridors and not with VOR to VOR navigation, correct me if I’m wrong

It’s RMP (RadioManagementPanel).

There’s no VOR tracking IRL either on the A320.

This is it! I’m trying to use the RMP and you confirm it does not work. I will need to get used to the MCDU.

Are you talking about the real one or the simulated one? In fact, with a plane of that type, do VOR to VOR navigation… :thinking:

Haven’t tried in the MSFS version, but the real one can’t track a VOR. IRL = IRealLife.

Of course you can fly VOR to VOR, but you have to use heading mode :wink:
