Hi there, How can I get the EFB updated version for A320nx.
I have the v0.5.2 installed tom my community folder with flybywiresim downloader but the EFB is Missing
Can someone help?
Thanks
Dilen

download the latest developer release, or the custom FBW version

it is not implemented in the latest stable release! (because it is not yet fully finished)

Thanks, can you send me the link for the custom FBW version?
Appreciate
Dilen

hey @FormerCarp5981
links on here - select the installer and then choose the custom FBW:
GitHub - flybywiresim/a32nx: The A32NX Project is a community driven open source project to create a free Airbus A320neo in Microsoft Flight Simulator that is as close to reality as possible. It aims to enhance the default A320neo by improving the systems depth and functionality to bring it up to payware-level, all for free.
Happy Flying! :airplane:

Thanks, Appreciate

You can just use the latest FlyByWire installer. It’s a lot easier to download and manage which versions you want to download.

Once you install the installer. I recommend downloading and installing the A32NX Experimental Custom FBW version over the regular developer or Stable version. Just make sure you delete your previous A32NX folder from the Community folder before you install a different version.

For all those who use applications that use the FSUIP, comment that on the developer’s page you can download the latest exclusive version for FS2020 that improves stability.

Thanks for the info, appreciate Dilen

Matrixx3050,

Excuse me for asking, but what developer’s page do you mean exactly?

It’s as easy as putting in St.Google: Download FSUIP, but I’ll give you the link, it’s the first link that is exclusive to FS. If you already have a version of the program, uninstall it before, there is a Text File that tells you how to do it.
Once installed, you have to run FS2020 through the FSUIP desktop executable.

I use the custom FBW version since I have the TCA quadrant because I need the throttle.ini for my throttle config. My question is :Do I need to remove the work folder before install a new version of the custom FBW mod?

Thank you. I already used that version of FSUIPC but still have CTD’s. I download again en try it.
Thanks.

I don’t know, if I understand you correctly, do you want to install a more recent version of the A32NX? and you have the TCA of Trhusmaster, right? and the configuration file of your accelerator in which folder is it? inside the A32NX? You don’t have it configured in “controls” of the FS2020 ?.
When I go to update the A32NX, for security reasons I always delete the Airplane from the community folder by hand and then use the installer for the new version.

Just curious do you still use the flight planning page or do you plan via Sim Brief

It seemed more stable to me, but I have not made enough flights to confirm it.

It is a matter of personal preferences, I particularly use Simbrief, since it saves a lot of time and in this way you use the Ipad of the plane. It is a matter of getting used to it. Keep in mind that if you use this method, you have to request instrument flight authorization and on the ascent you will have to request an altitude increase from ATC (if you use ATC from the game). On the descent it is as always the same as on the approach.

hey…why is the use of FSUIP usefull ? what does it bring ? thanks

If you don’t know what it is, you don’t need to use it. There are third party programs for FS2020 that need a link bridge to communicate with the simulator. There are other programs that use the simconect that the FS incorporates and you do not need the FSUIP.

thanks for the reply…i purchased the flight crew a320, and it’s true, i need to open FSUIP…but that flight crew thing doesn’t work all the time …connection problem between both…useless…so i keep FSUIP just in case…

Let’s see, if it is the one I have, a program that implements a copilot, right? yours is by voice or by button?
If so, I confirm that this addon does not need FSUIP, since it connects directly with the simulator, through simconect.
