I’m sorry, I’ve done a flight plan from EGLL to LFPG, I’ve correctly put with great attention, the data in the MCDU, the aircraft doesn’t follow the track. It is the third time; What thing have I could forgotten, I don’t see?
I don’t know if it’s related but I switched from the stable version to development version earlier today and the AP just went crazy before the approach. Was applying full throttle even though I was in the CL indent, was constantly climbing at crazy rates despite having engaged managed altitude and all in all was just uncontrollable. Ended up having to leave the flight and reverted to the stable version.
It’s probably related to one of your controls (especially throttle) not being where you think it is or it’s got noise on it and is bouncing/jittering a bit. Same thing can happen with rudders and ailerons. I know the development version has the throttle calibration functionality in the IPad. It’s highly recommended you go into it and give yourself a bit more headroom around the detents.
I’m using a joystick Thrustmaster Airbus and before each flight, I control on the EICAM the correct operation of the governs.
The same thing arrives to me. Then when I notice that the rate of climb on the dial is too high, I correct it in displaying tween 1500 to 2000 feet per mn.
Set your joystick dead zones to 20. Will solve the issue.
The heading potentiometer is enabled by default. Turn it off.
flying from KATL to KTPA AP shut down and no way to restart it. Airplane climbs uncontrolled. still can fly using my joystick.
Never happend before. I am using the latest dev version.
Is it to me that you advise to turn off the heading potentiometer ? If yes, I already have disconnected the heading dial, and I just started again: the aircraft turns slowly around. Can you suggest me other thing; I don’t know more neither what to think nor what to do !
Have you tried to also disconnect the speed potentiometer SPD?
The autopilot worked for me once the SPD and HDG were disconnected.
I have just to disconnect SPD , I had disconnect the HDG the previous time; also , I had done two tests : to regulate the screen tween TRK-EPA and HDG-V/S. Nothing changes, the aircraft continues strait ahead.
Whatever I can do, the aircraft is totally out of control
Maybe, the only thing that could be done, will be to do the same flight with the same aircraft ( A32NX Development). That is the sixth time that I fly from TFFR to TFFF, “le Raizet” to “le Lamentin” and exactly describe the settings in the cockpit and how the aircraft reacts . I can’t ask that to somebody and however, I don’t see how to solve that problem.
You should probably only fly with the default A320 and give up on the FBW mod. It appears to be beyond your skill.
It’s not about my skill. I perfectly know to start and take off or landing that aircraft and ai perfectly understood the manner to do and enter a flight plan in the MCDU, I have taken notes in viewings several tutos. I have done several times the flight plans that I have printed . I affirm there is a problem of setting tween the MCDU and the aircraft which is not for the moment, solved.
If you don’t accept to try to understand that problem, which, I believe is also present in other people, tell me that now.
I shall carry on to search, because I think that problem which is arrived there is two days, has a report with the new version of the A32NX Development. In fact I had not that problem in the same conditions, with the other versions.
You will explain to me why that problem is appeared on the development version and no on the expérimental one ? It’s not a question of skill, but only to understand a problem of adequacy. That is perhaps in your strings !
Could you please send a screenshot of the A 320’s control panel, when the autopilot is not responding? Let’s see if we can help you by seeing any adjustment that is not correct.
I ask you if is acted of skill to command the pushback of an aircraft and that aircraft doesn’t move ? I call that a bug …
Sorry, for that time, I’ have switched of aircraft and I have reloaded the “experimental.”
To morrow, I begin again with the “development”. Thank you.
