A400 Engine power will not throttle up

Description of the issue: After normal a/c startup advance throttle, engine instruments show selected throttle setting, throttles visually move correctly, but engines do not increase power, just stay at idle power.

This is not the a/c wont move issue. Aircraft will start to roll with brakes released and I can turn during taxi. Also not a controller throttle issue. Throttles working normal and advancing, meaning I see the throttles moving, I see on the engine instruments the advanced throttle moving selection bug moving around each engine display.

FREQUENCY OF ISSUE: 90% of the time

REPRODUCTION STEPS: No specific steps. Normal sim free flight startup.

What peripherals are you using, if relevant: Thrustmaster Airbus Captains Pack

Are you able to look at your weather and see what the temperature is? We have another bug logged which sounds similar to this where the aircraft does not move unless the temperature is above approximately -3c.

Also have you ensured that the engine start switches are not in the Feather position?

Interesting. Yes, the metars on the last few attempted flights were M3, and entered into the MCDU in the perf page as -3. And yes, engines were not feathered.

Okay perfect, I think this may be a bug that we already have logged in the internal system. If I can find the already existing bug report I will merge this one with that
