A quick clarification to the previous post:
This is not correct. The bug topic is marked as feedback-logged by the Community Managers when community feedback is logged in the internal Microsoft bug database. The Microsoft test team will then work to reproduce the issue, once it is scheduled to be worked on. If the feedback is verified as a bug, the thread’s tag will be changed to bug-logged, again by the Community Managers.
Volunteer moderators often try to replicate an issue - and post their results in the topic - but do not contact the test teams about bugs, nor determine which bugs are worked on by the test team, nor when, nor add the feedback-logged or bug-logged tags to topics.
