Is there time acceleration functionlity like FSX in this 2020 version? Long distance flight without time acceleration is unimaginable.
Yes but it’s hidden.
Go to your control settings and find ‘Increase sim rate’ and ‘decrease sim rate’ and assign keys. I use [ and ].
Be aware though, there is no on screen notification of what x speed you’re flying at. Don’t try to land at 4x sim rate…
And when a mountain looms out of the clouds in front of you and you mash decrease sim rate as quickly as possible…you’ll be on about x0.25…I think. I don’t know, cos there’s no on screen notification. HINT HINT devs.
