It would be great if there was an update for the AN225 that includes navigation options for the aircraft. I understand that the Garmin 530 visually looks close to the real unit installed in the aircraft (when it existed), however the Garmin 530 does not support simbrief import, airway insertion, coordinate waypoints, etc. On longhaul flights like this aircraft takes and are suggested by inibuilds in the aircraft manuals (like from Leipzig to San Francisco) or anything transatlantic or in rural areas of the world these types of waypoints are crucial in navigation. On top of this, the 530 uses a rotary knob for everything, making waypoint entering incredibly tedious.
A retrofit of a true FMS Navigation system like the new WT UNS-1 would be a dramatic improvement in this aircraft, and would make it much more usable by many simmers.
