Yesterday, I did a search for addon scenery for LIRN, which led me to a free download from msfsaddon.com. It looked liked a meaningful upgrade from the stock scenery, so I did a download that brought on a strong malware warning from my security software. So I took a pass. Has anyone encountered a problem from this scenery or the site in general? If not, is the software worth the risk?
I wouldn’t install a freeware scenery that gives me a malware warning honestly.
That being said, I know RoChi studio is making LIRN. Their quality is pretty good from what I’ve seen, and this is likely going to be released by Aerosoft when it’s ready, so it’ll be from a reputable company.

They’ve been working on it for at least two months, so it shouldn’t be TOO far off, I imagine.
From what you’ve posted, it surely looks like the RSC scenery is worth the wait. I really like flying in and out of the airport especially the approach to RW24 that let’s you almost kiss Mount Vesuvius and the departure from the same runway heading south that takes you over Sorrento and Capri. I did a trip today from Munich to LIRN on VATSIM and had the added bonus of a controller at the airport who was especially amusing. So, I will protect my system and wait for more from RSC.
