Aerosoft is definitely more credible compared to someone who announced super-complex aircraft super-early to get a marketing boost without having any idea of whether they’d be possible at all. The point is that other devs are making definite progress because they kept their announcements reasonable and realistic. That’s likely something Randazzo could use learning from instead of making hyperbolic statements following up on his own overpromising.

maybe so. fslabs never made any promises and they are in the same boat.

And they’re not going around throwing big words (following more big words of the opposite nature) to cover up the fact that they promised too much too early. Which means they’re not actually in the same boat.

I would say on the contrary. A good SDK will lead to better mods/DLC in the market place, which leads to more revenue. I’m pretty sure it has their attention.
