Nope, I don’t feel the same. I only play at 1440p and it looks great but I pay money for systems and flight quality. As long as the aircraft is presentable as far as textures go then I’m fine. The aircraft looks fantastic inside and our in my opinion.
Liveries I care about almost not at all because I rarely look at the exterior. It is the flying I’m interested in.
So yeah, some people don’t like it for a range of reasons and that is fair enough. Some of us want different things. But as far as what they advertised and have been showing over the last 6 months it ticks all the boxes I thought it would tick.
I certainly can’t see any reason for surprises. Well, except maybe a couple of the non-pilot error bugs but I know Aerosoft and Asobo will fix their respective issues so I’ll just have to be patient. It is plenty flyable now.
Fair enough…but most Flight Simmers are more interested in the systems and dynamics of the product than how pretty it is…well I am anyway.
For example, Carenado have always produced a “pretty” product, but their systems and dynamics are only of a fair to good quality…sure, now and then, a developer will produce a product where looks and systems are of both excellent quality…eg PMDG and Majestic to name a few…but as a long time simmer and real world pilot…I’ll take systems over looks any day of the week.
But, you are in a different category of requirement…so why don’t you shoot an email to Aerosoft with your observations.?..who knows they may act on it
Your opinion seems respectable to me, I don’t have anything bad to say about systems or flight, because in that the plane seems brilliant to me, but try to activate the camera drone and bring the exterior details of the plane as close as possible, look at the lines in the queue the flags, logos and in general the livery, I repeat activating the camera drone and bringing the plane as close as possible, I think it’s great that you are satisfied with the CRJ, but when I spend the money and more than 50 euros, it is only two planes ONLY two when for a little more do you have 20 default planes? Airplanes that are aesthetically impeccable, expanding the details to the maximum, when I spend my money I expect something logical and that is that at least they have the same graphic quality as the default airplanes, it is something simple and easy to understand, I am not buying xplane or flight airplanes simulator X, I am buying aircraft for fs2020 and I expect a minimum of quality in systems and modeling, and as I already told you in systems and piloting it is a 10, but in modeling it leaves a lot to be desired and that is a reality
Instead of being very defensive, help us help you.
Perhaps there is some file issues with any livery you’re using, perhaps there is some setting going rogue. Whatever it is, we won’t be able to help you unless you show us specifically the issue you’re seeing, because not many people are able to replicate what you’re facing.
Show us screenshots of the moment you’re seeing these serrated edges and we might be able to help you.
