I’m actually more cross about the stupidity of removed store items not being uninstallable than I am about the problems with Simple Traffic.

Absolutely ridiculous situation.

Yeah that kind of surprised me too, i don’t know why we cant keep control of what we want to use and what not if we paid for it and own it we should have access to it no matter if its pulled from the Marketplace or not. If this is how its going to work then I can see a lot of MAD Angry Customers in the future if a developer decides to pull his or her product from the store and therefore removing it from your content manager resulting in loss of products you paid for and own. This needs to get some attention so this will never happen.

There needs to be a thread on this. I wonder if it counts as a bug though.

So, if you unfortunately uninstalled this addon, you have no access to it anymore :thinking:. This is absolutely ridiculous and even criminal​:astonished:

I think on Xbox you can just clear out your “reserved space” for MSFS from your Xbox hard disk settings and it will clear out any add-ons without having to fresh install the sim. I could be wrong though.

I know but i thought might as well do a complete fresh reinstall while at it then since most is all addons with world updates etc

If it’s pulled from the marketplace, I want my money back. How do I go about making a claim?

File for a refun request through zendesk support ticket and what i did is also send a message to @Jummivana she has not responded yet though so maybe she is very busy but I sure hope to get a refund soon since it has been pulled from the Market Place for those of us on Xbox

Well i sire like to know why everyone js getting their revund request done in 5 minutes yet here I am waiting for over 7 hours and still nothing, i just opened another request 30 minutes agocand also still nothing. Would sure like to get some help this time @Jummivana @SeedyL3205 or anyone that can help me get my refund since the product has been removed for us on xbox from marketplace me like all others that received it would like a refund please

Thank you, just thought it very awkward that pretty much everyone gets it within 5 minutes even an hour ago and for me i been waiting for 8 hours so that is why i tagged them to see what is going on

Same here. Cant reinstall. Doesnt show up in content manager or marketplace.
