for anyone else needing help to hotfix the autopilot, modify the ai.cfg file in directory:
[plane_folder]\SimObjects\Airplanes[plane_model]\
example:
\aerosoft-aircraft-twin-otter\SimObjects\Airplanes\AS_Aircraft_DHC6-300_Wheels_Skydiver\ai.cfg
and change these two line:
pitchPID= 2, 0.1, 10, 1, 100
rollPID= 1, 0.1, 1, 8, 100
