hey guys, anyone know if there are any freeware or payware scenery mods for South Africa like high quality DEM or elevation maps?

I really hope Orbx do elevation map as with New Zealand. Its really needed and they seem to actually understand how to do it!
Slowly getting a few moderate airports as well.

Not exactly SOUTH Africa, but Okavango Delta is awesome

NMG Simulations and Caelus do some airports, as well as Gaffer has two (oh, and FSDG did FACT). There are a lot of flightsim.to mods by JLR29. But other than than, not really much yet.

Addon developers, can you somebody do a better DEM of africa and other not so well presented continents.
Please, somebody do an addon globally or continentally of generic hotel, industrial places, grocery stores, shopping malls, banks, car parks ,schools etc. derived from openstreetmap data. That would add realism to generic looking buildings of the msfs2024.
I know you have the ability to use openstreetmap data and so on.

This is an old topic with few replies, so Iā€™ve modified the title to allow this topic to encompass all of Africa (was originally titled ā€œSouth African Scenery Modsā€) & added tags to help with searches.
