After SimUpdate 5 & 6: Kepler GPUs with mesh/coast bug

To be noticed, it’s not the first time that a graphic bug concerned low-end GPU as ours, but Asobo could find a fix :

Bring back Clouds previous to update 5

The reason for this request is that owners of the NVIDIA Kepler and Maxwell 1.0 GPUs (GeForce 600/700/800 and partially 900 series) cannot play the simulator with clouds enabled since the 1.10.7.0 patch due to the massive cloud flicker. According to support this is not a bug, but an issue that is caused by low-end GPUs.
