Brief description of the issue:
After SU 11, the ATC only knows visual flight at payware airports, no ILS

Detailed steps to reproduce the issue encountered:
on the World map I choose start in LEBL and fly to LEPA with automatic approach. During the flight, the ATC only gives me visual flight as an approach. In the ATC menu toolbox I could select every approach up to SU 10. There were all the approaches INSIDE like ILS, RNAV, VOR DME.
In the MCDU I can select the ILS approach, but the waypoints are no longer set correctly, so that I somehow get sideways into the approach path and I have to intervene manually.
Also in the world map, there all all approaches available .
I have the same with EDDK and EDDL.
