Your exactly right, about this game. Some planes just lift off the runway then back down again, back up then back down again, the Ai Control cant make up its mind. the airbus320 go’s to the end of the runway and crashes doesn’t lift up gets to 165 to 180 and the brakes engage. wont lift off the ground. This game is so far from being FIXED. patch after patch after patch. how many updates and patches are we going to see before it’s Fixed. So Sad. 
The AI issue is probably going to take them forever to fix. I might be wrong but I did not see the AI copilot issue being in any of the “Top Bugs” feedback snapshots. The issues that are considered top bugs have a lot more votes than 45 so lets try to get more people to vote on this in order to get this prioritized in one of the next updates.

Same here, AI Copilot still broken since 1.9.3.0. Won’t follow flight plan, lands 300 metres to side of runway. Pretty worthless at the moment. I logged a bug report a few weeks ago. Please vote!
Yup, just verified, still a hunk of junk. Only now the “look left, look right” keyboard commands are not working too. Just wow.
AI control is still broken in the latest patch.
Are there any other threads with the same or similar problems we could help get recognized?
This AI control seems like a simple fix that they are ignoring. Very disappointed and almost to the point of wishing I hadn’t spent so much money upgrading my pc for this program. Every patch seems to make things worse.
Your Exactly Right, This game is Broken big time and no one seems like they know what there doing. i was just flying in the M20R- Ovation the one that i paid for an bought from Microsoft is all mess up, and when I was setting the antimatter when flying, the game crashed. I’ve just heard from someone who’s disabled that they depend on this feature to enjoy the game. Asobo, please take a look at this. We know you read the forum.
I liked using it as well, may as well bin the game for now. So many bugs and no action to sort them. I’ll save myself a few quid a month at least!

I reported it via Zendesk and got the following reply from Microsoft: "We have recorded the bug you have submitted in our internal bug and issue tracker. "
Still does not work after latest patch. My AI (autopilot) continues to only turn to the left. will not make any right turns at all.
Perhaps they also need to make issue logging a bit simpler. Do you really need all that info to tell you that AI no longer works? What I really do not understand is why something that kind of worked prior to Japan update cannot be re-enabled? What in the scenery etc actually broke AI? Personally, I’d gladly downgrade from the Japan update to get AI back. So can Asobo/Steam provide previous versions for download please. I am not currently getting what I initially bought a new PC to run.
Please fix copilot we need copilot back worked at one time thats really one neat feature that needs to work Asobo
