AI OFFLINE traffic disabled, trafficAircraft.bgl is empty

ISSUE DESCRIPTION

Description of the issue: trafficAircraft.bgl is only 2kb sized. And there is no AI OFFLINE traffic at all. This has to be bug, because no one has correct size of trafficAircraft.bgl. I did open that 2kb trafficAircraft.bgl file and it was empty.

[PC Only] Did you remove all your community mods/add-ons? If yes, are you still experiencing the issue?

Yes, only vanilla version of MSFS2024

How often does this occur for you (Example: Just once, every time on sim load, intermittently)?

Every time.

The settings says about adjusting the bar level % for traffic which also doesnt appear.

• Enable AI offline traffic in the settings, then start a flight. There will be absolutly no traffic at all.

  • Offline Traffic is injected into the sim, but the planes are only standing on the ground, and no offline Traffic is flying. Even on biggest Airports, the AI planes are static and nothing is moving.
  • Deleting trafficAircraft.bgl and redownloading it via Steam, results in the same, broken file.

• I have no traffic other than myself at all times. I do not see the files referenced above.

We have created an internal ticket to see if our team already has this logged, and if not they will attempt to reproduce the issue and create a new bug report. This item is now marked as feedback-logged. If there is an existing bug report or one is created, we will move this thread to bug-logged

This bug still exists after recent update 1.2.7.0.

trafficAircraft.bgl is 2kb and empty.

Same for Steam version.
Seems described problem touch as airplanes so boats too.
Never seen AI both of them.
All Settings set to Ultra.

Yes, steam version here too.
The trafficAircraft bgl is only 1.7 kb. The trafficBoats bgl is 1.7 MB.

No AI traffic at all. All airplanes are static, no matter what I set in the menue.

Add me to this list - same empty files here.
It’s not just AI traffic for me, live traffic fails also.

And even static aircraft.. I have to be almost on top of them before they appear.. and they vanish if I circle around again.

so are we gonna be left like this or ??? pretty disappointed in msfs2024 traffic. went back to 2020 with fsltl and freeware ga traffic…

search for GAmod in “flightsim dot to” website. huge number of FPs for offline traffic. plug and play its quite cool. But the msfs2024 logic for air traffic is bugged terribly regardless.

I won’t do any modding to FS24 at the current state.
I just want a regular filled trafficAircraft.bgl.
