and the Job Offer for the AI-Dev is still open…
You are correct. However they are reading them, they just chose to ignore them or at the very least not consider them a top priority. Their silence and lack of any substantive responses on the subject speaks volumes in my opinion. Just promise after promise and rumor after rumor.
It’s their choice, it’s their product. I do respect that and would not have it any other way. However it’s my money and my time. If Asobo is to ever release another iteration of FS, I for one will NEVER make a determination to buy it until many months after release.
I had no idea this was the case, thank you!
The clue was in the title comrade ![]()
Hi all … been using AIG for several months now and have kept up with updates and have the latest AIG software.
The problem is that almost all of the aircraft appear to fly at the level my airplane is so that if I’m at an airport at 500ft then we have 737s etc flying at around 500ft - mad … is there something I’m missing here or is this a very well known bug which is still not solved?
Thanks
Gerardgeek
Well known problem with MSFS AI that Asobo need to fix but do not seem to know how to, and is low priority for them.
… ok … thought as much … has anyone come up with a work around do you know? Thanks for quick reply👍
AIG is working on a few things, hopefully that is one of them but I doubt they can ensure something to work when the underlying system is so poor/broken.
BTW, when you start TC, it might be hard to read, but there is red text outlining a few limitations of Ai and who is responsible for fixing it.
I am actual not sure if the list is complete xD
It’s also worth noting that while some of the AI issues have been fixed with updates, a lot of the AI issues have came about from updates. The flight level issue was not always there. The AI not taking off was fixed by an update, but note that it was broke by a update in the first place.
AI doesn’t seem to be a high priority, just look how long MSFS left the taking off issue after they broke it before finally fixing it. The flight level issue still remains after a few updates. Spinning aircraft have remained since basically the start.
I have no traffic in route when using the AIG TC ![]()
I want to remove AIG manager and the Traffic manger completely but I don’t know where to start, i’m still pretty new when it comes to working with files and such, I was hoping someone could help me with simple steps on hoe to achieve a full removal of the program and its contents.
Many thanks in advance
simply delete your “ai manager” and “traffic controller” folders. then delete the “aig-aitraffic-oci-beta” and “aig-aitraffic-oci-beta_CVT_” folders from your msfs community folder.
also delete the “AIGTech” folder in (C:)->ProgramData to get rid of all temporary files
there is also a folder called “AIGTech” in (C:)/User/yourusername/AppDataLocal with config files that you can delete. thats it I guess
Wishlist: AIG Uninstaller ![]()
basically included already in AIM for OCI. and since AIM itself is portable it can not have its own uninstaller, just remove the app files yourself^^
Hi all i have 2 questions. 1. How do you have this installed without it affecting fps? Just installed and noticed fps is rather bad. 2nd question is that i seem to have the wrong aircraft appearing for example whats supposed to be a ryanair aircraft shows as a delta aircraft when it should be ryanair does anyone know a fix for this? Thanks in adavance.
AIG support is not here on this Microsoft forum
Try AIG’s Discord channel
I also recommend their forums.
I usually just install the AIG AI Manager just for the models and liveries, and I don’t use the TC at all. So the FPS is pretty much the same as using the default Live Traffic mode but with AIG models and liveries.
Anyone knows why so less airplanes arrive on the airports, while staying on ground with own aircraft?
