AIG AI Manager and Traffic Controller for MSFS

I realized that this whole AIG could use historical traffic so I can fly in the UK during their daytime while I live in the US. Is this true? If so, I am sorry for not using AIG. Do I need to disable the default traffic message (or say yes) when it pops up when I start AI manager? And how to use historical traffic…?

AIGTC will inject the traffic based on the InSim-Time (Time and Day) you chose in the Sim before flying. YOu just need to disable the ingame traffic inside the Sim by setting the traffic option to OFF, and AIGTC need to run while you are in the Sim.

Nice. Is there a way to incorporate that GA offline traffic mod? I have used that for almost a year and really like using it for offline GA traffic.

Nevermind. I can figure it out. What is a good and realistic setting for amount of traffic in a place like KLAX, etc? With FSLTL I usually kept it around 40% but that was live traffic.

Depends on the capabilities of your hardware. The most often suggested value is 70-75 per cent.

I run a lot of resource hungry addons but I have a high end gaming computer so I can get away with 100 per cent at anything other than the busiest international airports. I get an FPS hit at places like London Heathrow and if I am going to spend any time around those places I dial it back.

Just experiment with it.

Thanks for your help. I ended up back to using AIG and so far I love it. I do have to dial back a few settings. AIGround and Flow are working with it seems.

Thank all of you so much and sorry Kaii that I left for as long as I did. That won’t happen again.

Hello,

Got an issue where at big airports there are missing planes which are on AITC map but invisible in-game (with jetway docking on invisible planes). Seems like there’s a limit of objects loading causing that, tried with much lower traffic % in the AITC but doesn’t change it and this also cause a crash on quitting game, unloading taking infinite time. Don’t know if I miss doing something to make them all appears or it’s a sim limit or a bug. Thx on helping me about this plz.

The sim has a limit on displayed sim objects (guessing like 100) so you’re probably over the limit, especially at a big airport (you can turn down ground handling equipment, etc.)

Odd,if you lowered the limit and no change, you might want to go into settings, press the delete/remove traffic and then add it back with the inject traffic (or whatever it is called).

Are you using GSX?

I see, yeah seems around 50% is okay but it removes lot of traffic safly.

Yep (pretty nice traffic cover on your pic :o)

Notice that I am using 100% traffic. (Although with the iniBuilds EGLL addon that does cost a bit of an FPS hit).

GSX is known to cause issues with object limits. I don’t use it myself it but if I remember correctly there were some discussions about settings in GSX to reduce the problem. Probably find some info if you search the GSX topics and forums.

No shortage of AIG traffic at Heathrow:

You should be more careful how you word this. GSX on its own does not cause this problem.
Just as AIG on its own also does not cause it.
But the two used together will cause it.

It’s a bug within the sim that has been introduced with SU10. There is an object limit of 1000 within Simconnect. As soon as you go over that limit this will start to happen.
AI staying invisible is the first sign. If you then take off and fly to a new destination, the terminal buildings will not load in.

I am not changing my statement. GSX can introduce a very large number of objects, which apparently can be reduced in its settings.

And I reiterate that your statement is inaccurate.
GSX is not the cause.
