I could be wrong, but it looks like this work around deletes all the FAIB models (A319, A320, 747, etc.) – which I think Kaiii mentioned a day or two ago. So wouldn’t this, then, remove some of the basic airliners from AI traffic?

No, or rather it seems to use the FAIB models ok now. I’ve just left the sim running for an hour, and I’ve got lots of AIGAIM_FAIB_ appearances in Community\aig-aitraffic-oci-beta_CVT_\SIMOBJECTS\AIRPLANES

PSA: It’s too hot at KSEA, will SU10 beta help with that and if not, why not?

Yes, but isn’t that the main flight simulator folder? That doesn’t have the LOCAL folder! I already did the first step, I am trying to do the 2nd step. Roaming has packages but those the actual flight simulator packages (i.e. community, official, etc.).

Just tried this and it seems to work for me. Felt a big scary mashing that delete button, but they were all caches anyway. Thanks! SU10 beta, AIG and Live Traffic, back on the menu… If people type %localappdata% in windows explorer, it’ll lead them down the right x:\Users[YourUserName]\AppData\Local\ path bit…

Anyone using FShud ? After testing the described procedure to fix AIG CTDs I’m getting this error…

Will do; was going to let Kaiii have a chance to review/confirm as well, then I’ll mark it as solved.

I know Kaiii was working with @Jummivana today, so will wait to see what they say as well.

How is stability? , last time I tried it I got a ctd after a few minutes of looking around the airport, with AIG TC injecting.

Maybe it was unrelated though, need to test it again.

I will also try deleting the caches to see if it helps.

On another note it seems startup times are much faster even with the AIG folders installed.

Affirm all back to normal by deleting caches.
I think it nothing to do with content.xml, as I don’t see any AIG related entry.
