Brief description of the issue:
During cruise profile, flight controls become unresponsive to commands
The video below is at the end of the flight, plane believes I am still doing 300+ knots at FL240. Extending/retracting flaps lever works, but flaps not working. Throttle stuck at 30% although audible difference can be heard of the engine thrust change… Cannot make changes to numerous control surfaces as seen in the video below

Detailed steps to reproduce the issue encountered:
I start cold & dark (doesn’t seem to matter where), set up flight profile in the MCDU and initiate flight. At some point during flight (I notice more towards prep for descent/approach)
I have had this today on a short flight from EIDW to EICK, and also on a test flight last night from a random airport in Micronesia
