I’ve created some software to overlay aircraft data onto downloaded Airport Charts such as the one in the picture above. You can download it from Github here:

I’ve done a major update (v1.2.0) to make the user interface a lot more user-friendly and to add a teleport feature.
You can now instantly teleport to any stand on the chart, or anywhere in the world using Little Navmap or Google Maps (via shared clipboard data). You can also take a snapshot of your current aircraft location (on the ground or in the air) and instantly restore it at any time.
