Airports from skyline-simulations.com a scam?

I did buy an airport (ESKS) from skyline-simulations 25th november. The download link they automatically sent me just returns “Invalid download link”. This is day 5 of no answer from their support.

Anyone got experience shopping with this vendor? Do the airports they sell exist?

Maybe it’s just a bad link?

Website is skyline-simulations.com

I’ve purchased several airports for XP and MSFS from them. They’re legit.

They also post on Facebook a lot but I don’t Facebook so might search for them there if needed.

Edit - there’s a contact page here. Never used it personally. Contact – Skyline Simulations (skyline-simulations.com)

Thanks for the answer. I have sent multiple mails and also used the form on their site. Still no reply from them, except that I get an auto generated confirmation mail each time that they have received my message.

I’ve seen a few complaints on Facebook that they have poor response. Sucks this happened to you.

A follow up on this if someone find this thread in the future. I happened to notice (by logging in and testing) that the link had been fixed. I could now download the scenery, which lived up to my expectations and seem to work just fine. Still no reply from their support after 10 days though. I would not advice to buy something from this site if you expect to get support if you encounter problems.

I purchased ESKS by Skyline Simulations on simMarket December 16th. The Installation aborts after installing 22-23% and although creates a Folder in Community, the scenery does not load. I contacted simMarket who advised me to contact Skyline Simulations. I have emailed through their website and directly, and telephoned, but despite auto replies ‘someone will be in contact’, … I have received no assistance.
Consequently I would advise against making this purchase.
If someone out there has a solution it would be great to hear!

Be aware when dealing with Skyline Simulations: It happens that they accept your payment but fail to deliver the product. Further, they do little or nothing to rectify even when aware of the issue. I know first-hand.
