All config was deleted

Hello,

I tried to clean yesterday DX12 cache and loaded the sim with an empty community folder. After I did that the sim went back to the initial state with the config wizard (5 steps asking me to define assistance, accessibility etc). All my graphic settings and control assignments were deleted and returned to default. It happened to me several times before. Does anyone know why and how can I backup all the configs?

Exactly which folders & files did you delete?

Hi @SmotheryVase665 I renames the community folder and created a new empty one, and deleted caches from here. That’s it.

I use the Disk Cleanup tool all the time and it has not caused any problems for me, so I don’t think using that tool caused the problems.

I’m wondering if your issue is related to this issue:
