ISSUE DESCRIPTION

Description of the issue:
Jetways fail to connect, only move their heading, but do not move entirely, they stay stationary and end up not connecting

Did you experience this issue before you joined the Beta?
no

ICAO, coordinates, or specific location:
INI EGLL, INI OMDB, IMGS WSSS, DEFAULT ESSA, DEFAULT KJFK
basically everywhere

[PC Only] Did you remove all your community mods/add-ons? If yes, are you still experiencing the issue?
Tried with default and third party, same result

FREQUENCY OF ISSUE

How often does this occur for you (Example: Just once, every time on sim load, intermittently)?

1. Choose any plane any airport
2. try to connect the jetway, whether through gsx or atc menu or efb
3. aint nothing connecting

Same here. I was waiting for a long time for the jetway to connect so boarding could start. Later i found out the plane was already finished boarding lol.

Same issue here on beta. INIbuilds OMDB premium jetways don’t connect.

Maybe my observation of that issue helps finding the problem. In my case I was at EBBR from Aerosoft and figured that the uper part of the jetway functions as usual, so the part that wraps around the plane door and axle on the end of the jetway move freely but the wheels at least in EBBR seem to be the problem. They movew but stay in the same position like a car with wheelspin.

Same issue here with different planes and airports. Only the hood part of the jetway is moving and trying to attach to the plane, but the actual bridge part is not moving.

Example here is MKS LPPT with the Fenix A320, but also seen happening at SimWings EDDM with the newly updated AS CRJ.

Yeah. I was at Boston Logan to do a test with a default Airbus and the jetway just extended like 10 ft and the hood came down. If doesn’t seem to roll and move like if should. Just looked like a turtle extending his neck a bit and then stopped. I recall this being a problem at launch and just thought ■■■■ they still haven’t fixed the stuck jetways.

Such a bummer I was hopeful they’d fix it. Very annoying if you fly airliners a lot.

I would agree that it appears the wheels on the jetway are not able to move or are barely moving so the jetway does not shift into place.

Yep I am also finding the jetways never connect with SU2 beta.

GSX user if it makes any difference.
