My settings are ultra but for some reason it looks like low here. I hope someone will be found to help?
Did you disable BING maps streaming in the settings by chance? Or do you have a cap on bandwidth or maybe a download limit in the settings?
You are not connected to the servers. What you can see is the offline maps from FSX. Did you change an email password the last few days?
To fix it, you need to click on your avatar in the menu screen (top right corner) and click log out. A prompt will then come up for you to log in again and it will be all sorted. I had this problem a week or two ago.
