Ok, I still disagree on the legal aspect. I am at least very familiar with german and european law too, but I am not a lawyer.
Not buying it, cause of missing features is absolutely ok. And some of the custom LNAV, VNAV and AP Modules are already in the works, as they stated, but they are just not ready to implement in the EA Version. FSS already made some Addons (Searey) for MSFS and is not an absolutely unknown or new developer. ANd they might have made mistakes in communicating with the public. But never where there any real signs, that they intented to make a cash grab or to betray their customers. Even if they really made a legal mistake, than that might have been not with harmfull intentions. So I stand by my opionion, that NG Driver was too hostile in his video. But just to be clear, he makes high quality content for msfs and is very compentent on his field. I just dont agree with this particular video and his hostile attitude against fss. But I dont judge people by their mistakes, so no negative attitude against NG Driver from my side. Just this disagreement on his video.

I think NGDriver decided to kick a dead horse for views.
I agree with you FSS was wrong in the way they handled this release and addressed the public but they are also real devs doing a real product.
Iāll always give a second chance, never a third. So letās see how this goes.

Itās 33.57EUR on the Aerosoft website.
This seems to be without VAT. In Germany it shows 39,95 Euro incl. VAT
Congrats on your purchase but this is the thread for the FSS E175.
Jokes aside what Iām reading without having it is:
- Nice visuals.
- The known missing things like VNAV, etc.
- Horrible FPS or in other words worst than the Fenix A320 for 1/10 of the features.
- Sounds are bad (from the premiere stream I agree)
- Nice cockpit textures
- Aircraft flies very well.

Good ground handling A
Handflying is great and feels convincing A
Cockpit Grafx better than expected B
FPS is ok for me, but there is room for optimization (acknowledged by dev) C
AP and avionics rely on default atm F
For an early access iām happy with it.
If the devs keep their promise getting the systems right (ideally without any default stuff) we have a very nice rendition of an interstimg aircraft in this sim. I donāt have much reason to question if theyāll manage that.

Excuse me for asking but how do you exactly define ātrollingā here?
I went forward saying I donāt have the plane yet and also disclosed I was posting what I read mainly in the FSS discord from users that already have the plane.
Furthermore my comment was quite positive so not sure why you think Iām trolling, the two biggest critics I raised, again from comments, are about sound and fps. Both looked quite bad in the premiere stream that I saw from start to end so I would imagine the release still has wrong/bad sounds and performance problems.

Anyone who has bought it and flyās the Fenix/PMDG/MD80 etc have anything to say about it? How bad is the Navigation? Do you have to intervene with the Lateral navigation or does that mainly work, I know the vertical nav isnāt there, thatās fine, we had that for quite some time with the A32NX but it flew amazing. Is this the same?
